Temp 75.7 - I officially don't care for this heater.
SG: 1.022- I'm trying to raise this up to 1.025
PH: 8.2 - Trying to raise this to 8.3
I can't wait to add some more life to this tank. I'm really happy with the purchase. I'll have the rest of my rock tomorrow.

Tuesday 4/27
Params:
SG: 1.022
Temp: 78.3
Amm: 0
Not sure how my SG went down...
I swapped out the ceramic rings in my filter for Chemi Pure Elite.
I added this to the tank: http://www.marinedepot.com/Seachem_Ammonia_Alert_Ammonia_Test_Kits_for_Saltwater_Aquariums-Seachem-SC4111-FITKAM-vi.html
The reviews are good and it will save me from doing the test.
Can't wait for the rest of my rock to get here. I ordered from Marcorocks.com and so far I'm impressed with the customer service. I had a tracking number within a half hour of purchase. Once I get that I will be finishing my aquascaping and adding some hermits and snails. I need something to watch.

JBJ Nanocube 28G w/CF Quad lighting
Initial impressions are pretty good. It is constructed well and I'm happy with it. A lot of people have said they thought the pumps were weak...I think they will be fine until they wear out. The Lighting looks more than sufficient for what I plan on keeping and the LED moonlights are nice.
I'm going to alter the filter media they provide once I can find a mini light to grow chaeto in the sump/refugium area. I have some pics I will put up so you can see what things look like out of the box.

Rock/Sand Added
I added 13lbs of Fiji Live Rock and 29lbs of sand. The sand is a mix of the live sand from the Marine Scene and a bag of Arag-Alive.
The cloudiness still hasn't totally cleared up and it's been about 20hrs. I have seen two good hitchhikers so far, both look like Nassa Snails.
Parameters:
SG: 1.024
Temp: 76.1
PH: 8.2
Nitrite: Between .1 and .05
Ammonia:0
Nitrate:0
So far so good. I'm a bit disappointed with the heater. I have it set to 78 and it just doesn't seem to be holding up it's end of the bargain.
I just shook off the rocks to dislodge the sand. Hopefully it clears up by the end of the day.
